The Promoter & Administrator of iUniverse being Adviser Universe Pty Ltd (CAR 1303486) advises that, effective 3 December 2025, it has changed its authorisation from Redwood Financial Services Pty Ltd (AFSL 543482) to P2P Advice Pty Ltd (AFSL 542188).
This update relates to the AFSL disclosure for iUniverse Product Disclosure Statement and Investment Menu. There is no change to how the product operates, no change to member entitlements or fees, and no action is required by existing or prospective investors.
The current Product Disclosure Statement and Investment Menu remain valid. The AFSL disclosure will be refreshed at the next PDS roll to reflect the above.
